She is a planning specialist & specialises in urban redevelopment projects for developers, local authorities, housing associations, & compulsory purchase & affordable housing schemes. Her work also includes: contentious & non-contentious planning, planning appeals, negotiating section 106 agreements & infrastructure agreements, listed building matters, highways, and telecommunications. Sara is a member of the City of London Law Society's Planning & Environmental Committee.
