Site Appraisals (Development Potential)
If you either own, or are considering purchasing land that you would like to develop, we can assist you to ascertain its development potential.
We can carry out a preliminary 'desk top' appraisal to ascertain whether there is any reasonable prospect of you obtaining planning permission to develop the land, and if so, the type of development that might be acceptable.
If there is no realistic prospect of developing the land we will advise you accordingly.
In the event of a positive initial appraisal, we are happy to proceed on your behalf to seek to obtain planning permission for your proposed development.
