This course is designed for all planning & enforcement officers involved in the development control process. The course offers officers a step by step guide to the Planning Enforcement process; introducing them to the tools at their disposal & the legal requirements of each process.
In addition to dealing with breaches of planning control, we will cover the legal requirements & practical application of the special controls.

' Advertisement Control - need for consent; Deemed consent; Exempt adverts ' Protection of Trees: Conditions; TPOs ' Listed buildings & Conservations Areas: Unauthorised works; Alteration v demolition ' Untidy Land: s215 Notice - content, service, non-compliance; direct action

We run this course several times each year.

£395 per officer for the two days.
